|
The department has started to form Computer & Information Technology Students Association CISA from the year August 2003. Since 2009 the name changed as Association of Computer Science and Engineering Students (ACSES). Aim behind this association is to carry out different activities such as software contest, paper presentation, seminars, quiz competition, group discussion, aptitude & technical test preparation etc. All the activities are arranged & carry out by the student under the guidance of faculty member.

| Techsymposium-2k17 - A National Level Event "Techsymposium 2k17" was orgnaized. Programming Contest for Novice and Expert group and Autotracking Robotics contests were conducted. |

| AAGAAZ-2K15 - An university level competition "Aagaaz2k15" was organized on 31st January 2015 by ACSES. Campus Placement, Code Mania, Quiz Competition and Game-O-Holic were conducted during this event. Over 300 students from various college of Shivaji University has participated in this event. |
